Cynthia M Bowers, MD, a Santa Barbara Doctor, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She has 20 years experience in adolescent/young adult medicine, much of it as Director of Student Health at UCSB. She has special interest and experience working with adolescents and young adults including mental health issues and sports medicine. She is experienced with collaborating with other mental health professionals, coaches and trainers and has a special skill in allowing adolescents and young adults to feel comfortable discussing uncomfortable topics. She is also available for general medical care in anyone under age 60 and has a particular interest in women’s health. She will guarantee availability of an initial appointment within one week. |
